Tera Crump

Having worked in the sign industry for nearly 20 years, I have a wealth of experience in the life cycle of our clients' projects. Starting as a receptionist, I fell in love the fast paced, multi-tasking beast that is the signage world. It is never boring! Graduating from Cal State San Marcos with a bachelor's degree in administration in accounting, I have the experience in all things financial; from permits to invoicing. I have helped multiple businesses expand and grow with market changes in a variety of industries, from landscaping and roofing to construction and signage.

I have always been competitive and pursuing excellence, especially in sports playing softball from as early as I could walk through college. I bring determination and teamwork into the accounting rooms as we look to support you in whatever art you're trying to bring to life.

I recently joined Matthews Signs as the accounting manager and looking forward to supporting the staff and clients with excellent service with timely and accurate responses that make your budget work.

Outside of work, I enjoy all things desert related: dirt bikes, quads, camping and romping around the dunes in my Sandrail. I especially love it out at Glamis and look forward to every desert season. When I am not there, I am a Padres fan who frequents the best ballpark, Petco Park!
