I began my professional journey at Matthews Signs, where I initially joined the accounting team, bringing with me a solid foundation from my bachelor's degree in accounting. I entered the company with the expectation that my role would be primarily focused on financial management and accounting practices, believing that this would be my niche for the foreseeable future. However, Matt, the visionary leader of the company, had a different trajectory in mind for me. Little did I know that my time at Matthews Signs would evolve into a rich tapestry of experiences and opportunities that would shape my career in profound ways.

Over the course of 14 years in the dynamic sign industry, I have had the privilege of growing through a multitude of roles within the company. Each position I undertook allowed me to gain invaluable insights into the various facets of the business. Being developed by not one, but two of the business owners has been the greatest preparation for my role now.

Today, as President of Matthews Signs, I find myself in a pivotal role where I am not only responsible for driving the daily operations but also ensuring that the legacy of the company is upheld. My leadership is deeply rooted in honoring the contributions of the talented individuals who have worked alongside me and who have played an integral part in making this company what it is today. Together, we are not just creating signs; we are crafting a legacy that reflects our dedication, creativity, and the collective spirit of everyone who has been a part of this journey.
